KEY DEFINITIONS

If you create an account or sign in, Clerk manages authentication and BrandGap.AI mirrors account details needed to operate the Services, such as user ID, email address, display name, first name, last name, account status, plan, and billing identifiers. The exact authentication data available to BrandGap.AI depends on the Clerk configuration and the sign-in method used.
Communication with BrandGap.AI.
We collect personal data that you voluntarily give us when you contact us with inquiries (including by filling out relevant forms on our websites), contact our customer support regarding a problem you are experiencing with the Services or otherwise contact us regarding the website or the Services.
Transactions.
Payment details are entered into Stripe Checkout or Stripe Billing Portal. BrandGap.AI does not store full payment-card numbers. BrandGap.AI stores billing metadata needed to provide access and support billing, including Stripe customer IDs, checkout session IDs, subscription IDs, invoice IDs, payment intent IDs, charge IDs, receipt URLs, refund status, plan, billing type, currency, amounts, payment status, and entitlement usage.
Additional Payment Information.
You may choose to provide additional information such as your VAT, additional billing address or name of the entity that you represent.
Identity Verification.
For cancellation, refund, billing, and support requests, we may process the request details you submit and the relevant account and Stripe billing identifiers needed to verify the request and process it.
Feedback.

Information Received From Third Parties and Public Sources
We may receive account, billing, and operational information from service providers such as Clerk and Stripe. We may also collect or receive publicly available brand information, website content, and brand metadata from public sources and trusted third-party data providers where required to deliver and improve the Services.
Information Collected Automatically
Like many other commercial websites, we use certain technologies, such as tools for collecting usage data, cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar technologies, to automatically collect information that may contain personal data as you navigate our websites or use our Services or interact with communications we send to you, subject to your consent where required by applicable laws.
Device and Usage Data.
When users come to our websites, we may track, collect, and aggregate information indicating, among other things, which pages of our websites were visited, the order in which they were visited, when they were visited, and which hyperlinks were clicked. We also collect information from the URLs from which you linked to our websites. Collecting such information may involve logging the IP address, operating system and browser software used by each user of the websites. We may be able to determine from an IP address a user's Internet Service Provider and the geographic location of his or her point of connectivity.
Third-Party Widgets.
The public website may link to external websites or services, including LinkedIn. The current platform does not include embedded Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or other social-media widgets that set widget cookies through the BrandGap.AI application.
Cookies and Similar Technologies.
The Services use cookies and local browser storage that are necessary or useful for authentication, security, workspace selection, session continuity, team invite flows, and product operation. This includes Clerk authentication/session cookies, the BrandGap.AI workspace-selection cookie, sessionStorage for first-party event session IDs, and localStorage for pending team-invite state.

No Google Analytics integration is currently implemented. The current platform uses first-party product events, API route timing, provider usage metrics, and Sentry error monitoring for analytics, support, security, debugging, and service improvement.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the personal data we collect, described above, as follows:
To provide the Services and related support, process transactions, manage your user account and respond to your requests. This is necessary to perform the contract we are about to enter into or have entered into with you.
Authorised BrandGap.AI personnel may access analysis inputs, generated reports, AI outputs, support correspondence, account records, and related account activity where reasonably necessary to provide the Services, respond to support requests, troubleshoot technical issues, investigate customer queries, maintain security, prevent misuse, administer accounts, or comply with legal obligations. Service Providers.
We may engage other companies and people to perform tasks on our behalf - meaning they are helping us provide our Services. In particular, we use third party providers of payment processing, fraud prevention, and risk assessment, hosting and other information technology services, email communication and customer support services, analytics and data providers, marketing, advertising and investor relations. Following our instructions, these parties may process your personal data in the course of providing the relevant services to us.
Affiliates.
We may disclose your data to our affiliates for administrative purposes; to help provide our Services (such as providing engineering services), and related customer support or to conduct sales and marketing activities on our behalf. For example, if you request information about a company or a service from a Druul Holdings Limited company (Parent company of BrandGap.Ai), then we may pass your personal data relevant to such request onto another Druul Holdings Limited company to enable them to appropriately respond to your request.
Resellers or Distributors, Affiliates or Other Third Parties.
When you request Services from us or inquire about the Services, we may share your personal data such as name, last name and email address with our authorized resellers distributors, Affiliates and other third parties as necessary to respond to your request for our Services in an efficient manner and facilitate the sale of our Services and for those third parties' own marketing services. Social networking websites.
